Refund Policy

1. Membership Subscriptions
We offer a 7-day free trial on all new memberships. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
After the trial period ends and a payment is processed, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge date. Refund requests made after 7 days of payment will not be accepted except in cases of technical error or duplicate charge.
Refunds for annual memberships are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused complete months, minus any applicable processing fees, at our discretion.
2. 1:1 Session Bookings
Sessions may be cancelled and fully refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable.
If Dr. Panda cancels a booked session for any reason, you will receive a full refund or be offered a rescheduled slot at your preference.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@theophthalclassroom.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The transaction ID or Razorpay payment reference
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all valid refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Membership fees after the 7-day refund window
- Session fees for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours
- Downloadable study materials once accessed
